  • Additional inspection survey available for risks through our engineering partner for non-equipment breakdown risk evaluation (Observation Reporting, C.O.P.E. inspections, property surveys, etc.)
 

Homeowners

  • Coverage for: heating and cooling systems, electrical and security systems, appliances, computers and electronics from losses caused by or resulting from an electrical, electronic, mechanical or pressure systems breakdown.
  • $50,000 Limit, $500 Deductible
  • Manuscript endorsement available in all 50 states
  • Additional coverages:
    Facilitating Expense - $3,000 sublimit
    Spoilage Coverage - $3,000 sublimit
    Pollutant Clean Up and Removal- $3,000 sublimit
    Environmental, Safety and Efficiency Upgrades - 125%
 

Service Line

  • Coverage for: Physical damage to underground service lines outside the home connecting the home to a utility service such as water, sewage, electricity, gas, steam and communication services.  Service line failure means: leak, break, tear, rupture, collapse or electrical arcing of a covered service line caused by or resulting from mechanical breakdown, artificially generated electrical current including installation breakdown, wear and tear, marring, deterioration, hidden decay, rust or corrosion, freezing, including frost heave and thaw, or weight of equipment, animals or people.
  • $10,000 Limit, $500 deductible
  • Manuscript endorsement available in all 50 States
  • Additional coverages:
    Expediting Expense – Subject to the $10,000 limit
    Loss of Use – Subject to the $10,000 limit
    Excavation Costs & Outdoor Property – Subject to the $10,000 limit
    Environmental, Safety and Efficiency Improvements - 125%
